Orange Slovensko has long been a leading player in the Slovak telecommunications market, offering a comprehensive range of services for both households and businesses. These include mobile services, fixed internet, digital television, and modern smart solutions. As of 30 September 2025, Orange served 2,358 million million mobile network customers, 326 000 fixed internet customers and 188 000 digital TV customers. Orange provides mobile coverage via 2G network – reaching 99.8% of the population, 4G – speeds up to 680 Mbit/s, available to 99.1% of Slovaks as well as 5G network – maximum theoretical speed of 1,300 Mbit/s. For fixed internet, Orange offers connectivity via optical network, DSL, and fixed LTE, making it the most widely accessible internet in Slovakia, reaching nearly 1.8 million households. Its optical network spans 73 cities, serving over 612,000 households.

Campaign Objective and Scope of Communication

  • The campaign aims to drive sales of fixed services available directly through the Orange e-shop. Only products from the fixed services portfolio — including internet, digital TV, and convergent offers — may be promoted. Mobile plans, hardware, and other services are excluded from this campaign.
  • A conversion is defined as a completed order for a fixed service via the Orange e-shop, with commission calculated based on the monthly service price excluding VAT. Commission applies only to new orders with a 24-month commitment. Voice services are not included at this time.
  • The campaign targets households seeking reliable internet and modern TV services, including users who require high-quality streaming and a stable connection, those looking for an alternative to fibre-optic connections (LTE/DSL) and customers who prefer the convenience of purchasing services online.

Permitted and Prohibited Forms of Promotion

Permitted:

  • Content marketing – including technology websites, product reviews, and specialist articles
  • email marketing
  • Independent content focused on internet, TV, and technolog

Prohibited:

  • Direct PPC campaigns
  • Use of branded keywords (including common misspellings) – even in indirect PPC
  • Cashback or coupon websites, and external coupons
  • Comparison sites, CSS platforms, incentivisation schemes, iFrames
  • Using the brand name in a domain (brand domains)
  • Promotion of services outside the fixed portfolio (voice plans, hardware, Prima)

 

Conditions for Publishers and Remuneration

  • Content approval: All content must be approved prior to publication; review is mandatory.
  • Affiliate links: Publishers are required to use all parameters in affiliate links. Modifying or removing parameters may cause tracking errors.
  • First 3 months of the campaign: 3× the monthly service fee (excluding VAT)
  • Standard remuneration: 1× the monthly service fee (excluding VAT)

      Participation in the campaign is only permitted for approved publishers who comply with the provisions of the advertiser’s General Terms and Conditions. Participation without prior content approval from the advertiser is strictly prohibited.

      It is not possible to use branded keywords in PPC campaigns. Google Shopping CSS partners are not allowed in this campaign. Email campaigns have to be submitted for approval before sending. It is not possible to use branded keywords in the domain names. The commissions are being calculated based on the price excluding VAT and shipping costs. Commissions for B2B orders may be declined.


      When promoting the campaign, it is required to use all parameters included in the referrals displayed in our dashboard. Removing the parameters might cause a tracking malfunction or declining the commissions.
