Commission Year-End Settlement for 2025

As the year comes to a close, it’s time to settle the commissions from 2025. Below, you’ll find detailed instructions on invoicing and receiving commission payments for the past year.

The commission request submission will be temporarily paused from December 20, 2025, to January 14, 2026.

19. 12. 2025 

is the final day for publishers to submit their commission payout requests, based on which we will issue the invoicing notice. If you’d like to receive the payment before Christmas, please reach out to us by December 19 😊. Requests received on or after December 20 will be processed starting January 15, 2026.

15. 1. 2026

all publishers will automatically receive an invoicing notice for their approved 2025 commissions. Publishers don’t need to take any action; we will send it to every affiliate with more than €5 eligible for payout (excluding the sign-up bonus). This does not apply to pending commissions from 2025.

This is a specific yearly event. Please make sure to review the requirements for correctly issuing your final invoice for 2025.

What to include on the invoice

Issue and delivery date: December 31, 2025

Invoice due date: 30 days

When: no later than Wednesday, January 21, 2026 (inclusive)

The sooner we receive the invoice, the faster it will be processed. 😊 We’ll make sure everything is handled as quickly as possible, even during this busy period. 

Any publisher who does not submit an invoice by 28 February, 2026 will forfeit their right to receive payment for the commissions. We believe this provides publishers with sufficient time to issue their invoices and receive payment. After this date, the right to payment for 2025 commissions will expire.
