We guarantee professionalism by a clinic: the Institute for Functional Medicine headed by Mrs. Eva Hájková. Selected products are tested so as to be ultimately functional and efficient, free of additives. We also offer an individual approach. In our online counselling centre, a physician will recommend you appropriate supplements just for you.

Products:

Our products undergo strict selection and testing so that they are ultimately efficient when used. What you´ll not surely find in them: preservatives, additives and other ballast substances. You can be sure that dietary supplements in our assortment are of the highest quality only.

E-shop:

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction to which also the reviews on Heureka correspond. We despatch shipments by the second day (largely on the very same day) Shipment with us is free of charge over CZK2,500. We send out to all of the European Union via Zásielkovňa, DPD, GLS and PPL. Personal collection at the warehouse is possible as well.

E-shop performance:

• The conversion ratio has been on average around 3% in the long run. The average order value is CZK2,000.

Seasonality:

• The e-shop thrives year-round, we nevertheless observe the highest PEAK of orders:
• January – April: Sales soar high due to virus diseases in the population and the need to support the immunity system.
• October – December: A high increase in orders due to the purchase of gifts at Christmas. And again efforts to support immunity before the forthcoming winter period.
• We have then every month thematically focused on the promotion of sales in a specific range of supplements (e.g. For children – back to schools, for the pregnant, for athletes, etc.)

It is not possible to use branded keywords in PPC campaigns. Google Shopping CSS partners are not allowed in this campaign. Email campaigns have to be submitted for approval before sending. It is not possible to use branded keywords in the domain names. The commissions are being calculated based on the price excluding VAT and shipping costs. Commissions for B2B orders may be declined.

When promoting the campaign, it is required to use all parameters included in the referrals displayed in our dashboard. Removing the parameters might cause a tracking malfunction or declining the commissions.
