The Born2Be online shop offers the option of payment by courier (cash on delivery) or payment in advance via the PayU system. Also available is a Romanian speaking customer support department to assist customers with any questions or assistance they may need. The delivery of products takes 3 days on average from the order confirmation by the shop. Born2be’s local logistics partners are DPD Romania and since April 2021 the courier company FAN.

It is allowed to run direct PPC campaigns. Branded keywords (including misspells) have to be defined as negative keywords in Adwords. Google Shopping CSS partners are allowed in this campaign. Email campaigns have to be submitted for approval before sending. It is not possible to use branded keywords in the domain names. The commissions are being calculated based on the price excluding VAT and shipping costs. Commissions for B2B orders may be declined.
